Employment Law April Changes Summary
The government is making changes to employment regulation in
April and October this year. As a Mentor client, you will already
know about the changes affecting your business, but as there's
quite a lot happening this April, here's a reminder.

A new Code of practice issued by ACAS will replace the
"statutory dispute resolution procedures"

Parents of school – aged children (aged 6 to 16) will have the
right to request flexible working arrangements.
