Spotlight on Service

MentorLive – coming soon!

In order to continuously improve the service we provide to you, we have made significant enhancements to the Mentor website. We are delighted to be able to tell you that our new online management system, MentorLive, is launching in March. MentorLive contains a wealth of information as well as a range of management tools, all designed to make it easier to keep your business in line.

The management tools include:

  • Management Reports – used in conjunction with the other MentorLive management tools, you can identify areas for improvement within your organisation such as sickness absence, staff turnover and equality disparities
  • Employee Register – you can record details of all of your employees  and include equality information, helping to ensure you meet diversity legislation
  • Organisational Structure – define the structure of your organisation, allowing you to produce powerful  management reports;
  • Absence Manager* – this management tool allows you to record all absence from your organisation including long - term sickness, maternity leave and public service absence. You can generate management reports which will ensure you mitigate the risk to your organisation
  • Holiday Manager* -  track details of your employees' holiday entitlement, holidays taken and remaining
  • Salary History Manager* - record details of your employees' role and salary details and track changes to salary over time
  • To-Do List – create tasks for your employees to complete and record details of actions which are completed. Where you wish, the To-do List tool will also send email notification of actions to your employees;
  • User Administration – allow your employees controlled access to MentorLive, by deciding what level of access they have. For example, you can allow your employees to record details of absence but restrict their access to Management Reports.
