Pay as you go

If you want a variable charge for our services, then pay as you go is for you. The three areas where charges occur are:

Preparation Charges
For all case preparation we charge a standard £150 per hour plus VAT. This covers meetings, written and telephone correspondence with you and the tribunal, ACAS, any other parties, plus the Claimant or his/her representatives. It also covers: Case document review Researching the law relevant to your case Preparing and submitting your response to the tribunal Preparing and sending other required documents to the tribunal or the other parties Taking, preparing and sending witness statements Copying and preparing all required documents for the tribunal and the other parties We may also have to negotiate a settlement of your case or, if the case proceeds to a hearing, prepare for the hearing itself Please note that our hourly rate include travelling hours

Representation Charges
For all employment tribunal representation, we charge £500 per day plus VAT. This covers the actual representation we undertake on your behalf. This can be in person at a Tribunal Office or by telephone conference. In the event that we agree to instruct Counsel to represent you at the hearing, we will notify you of any additional charges.

Expenses
We will provide you with regular estimates of our travelling and accommodation costs, in the event that a face to face meeting is required or the case is proceeding to the tribunal hearing.

Your invoices will also include VAT at the standard applicable rate.
