If you are an existing Mentor customer, you can be safe in the knowledge that the majority of your day to day employment law and health and safety needs are already taken care of. But sometimes you may have the need for some additional specialist support. That’s why we’re delighted to bring you, in association with AXA ICAS, a comprehensive range of value-for-money services designed to give you access to the professional expertise you need to manage health in your workplace more effectively.

These services are also available to non-Mentor clients.

The services on offer include:
Health Surveillance - We can help you to monitor your employees' health and keep it in good shape, for example, by ensuring employees at risk from hazardous chemicals are checked regularly to ensure they are well.
Medical Referral - Should you need to refer an employee, perhaps due to frequent or long-term absence, our Medical Adviser will assess the case and recommend an appropriate course of action- ensuring compliance with fitness for work legislation and protecting you from costly litigation.
Occupational Health Support at Employment Tribunals - Where health-related issues are a feature at Tribunal, it pays to be prepared and specialist Occupational Health advice is essential to ensuring a fair outcome.
Employee Support for SMEs - Would you like access to an Employee Assistance Programme but think it’s too expensive? Then our EAPconnect service could be the solution for you.
