Manage your employees through understanding employment law
This is what many of our clients are asking about managing their
employees
Employees have so much protection - what
are my rights as an employer ?
What are the main things I should be aware of
?
I thought I had to issue an employee with a
contract on their first day of employment ?
Pregnant employees have so many rights - what
do I do ?
Do I have to pay for public holidays on top of
the annual holiday entitlement ?
The government continues to introduce more and more legislation
which affects how companies run their business and manage their
people. Employees are becoming more aware of their rights and
are also more likely to take their employer to an Employment
Tribunal, so it's important that you know how to avoid unnecessary
and expensive situations.
