MentorDigital Beta (Beta) is our new and improved time off and document management system.
We are in the process of redesigning and rebuilding the MentorDigital platform (which is the digital part of Mentor) to provide our customers with an improved and enhanced experience. Beta represents the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) version of our platform. We are actively working on a comprehensive rebuild that will encompass all of our services across Mentor.

We recommend that you transition to the Beta application completely - to get the best experience, but you can continue to use both applications as you see fit.
No - you will have to manually move your data to Beta. This is because Path and Beta are two different systems and there are differences in the data elements and various other technicalities. We advise you to move all data and start using Beta as a standalone application.
Yes - the application is completely free to use. As we continue to develop and improve Beta (based on user feedback) new features will be introduced as paid options, while others will continue to remain free.

No - there is no requirement to download or install anything, you can access Beta on the above-mentioned browsers by following the link provided in your invite email.
